Booking confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the agreed payment has been received.
48+ HOURS BEFORE
Full refund Cancel up to 48 hours before your event and receive a full refund — no questions asked.
24–48 HOURS BEFORE
Reschedule We’ll move your booking to another available date. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.
LESS THAN 24 HOURS
Transfer your spot Can’t make it? Send someone else in your place — just let us know their name before the event starts.
No-show If no one attends the event without prior notice, the booking is considered used and is non-refundable.
Group size Minimum group size is 4 guests. If the minimum is not met, the event may be rescheduled or adjusted.
Custom events For tailored or private events, specific terms may apply and will be discussed individually.
If Wine Casino cancels your event You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, or the option to reschedule — whichever you prefer. We’ll reach out personally.
Corporate bookings Corporate bookings are subject to separate agreement terms.
